Refund and Return
At Intresty, every product is made with care and personalized specially for you.
Since almost all our items are custom-made, we do not accept returns,
exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.
However, we understand that issues may occur during shipping. Therefore,
returns or replacements are only applicable under the following condition:
- Damaged or Defective Product or Wrong Product
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with a manufacturing error, you
may request a replacement.
To qualify for a replacement:
- You must record a clear unboxing video from the moment you start
opening the package (before the product is removed or handled). - The video must clearly show:
o The outer packaging and shipping label
o The unsealing/opening process
o The damaged or defective part of the product - The video serves as mandatory proof for our quality team to verify the
claim.
- Claim Process
- Send the unboxing video along with your order number and a brief
description of the issue to [our customer support email (
intresty.ap@gmail.com ) or WhatsApp number- 6289068956] within
24–48 hours of delivery. - Use the mail id or the number though which the order has been placed.
- Our team will review your request and get back to you within 2–3
business days. - If approved, we’ll offer a replacement of the same item at no additional
cost.
- Non-Eligible Cases
We cannot accept returns or replacements for:
- Products damaged due to improper handling after delivery.
- Colour or design variations, as minor differences may occur due to
screen or printing settings. - Failure to provide an unboxing video.
- Refund Policy (If Applicable)
We offer a replacement in any of the above cases. Though in rare cases if a
return and refund is approved instead of a replacement:
- Shipping charges will be deducted from the total refundable amount.
- This deduction covers the two-way shipping cost borne by the company
for sending and retrieving the product. - Refunds (after deductions) will be processed to your original payment
method within 5–7 business days after product inspection and approval.
