Return & Replacement Policy
At Intresty, every product is made with care and personalized specially for you.
Since almost all our items are custom-made, we do not accept returns,
exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.
However, we understand that issues may occur during shipping. Therefore,
returns or replacements are only applicable under the following condition:

  1. Damaged or Defective Product or Wrong Product
    If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with a manufacturing error, you
    may request a replacement.
    To qualify for a replacement:
  • You must record a clear unboxing video from the moment you start
    opening the package (before the product is removed or handled).
  • The video must clearly show:
    o The outer packaging and shipping label
    o The unsealing/opening process
    o The damaged or defective part of the product
  • The video serves as mandatory proof for our quality team to verify the
    claim.
  1. Claim Process
  • Send the unboxing video along with your order number and a brief
    description of the issue to [our customer support email (
    intresty.ap@gmail.com ) or WhatsApp number- 6289068956] within
    24–48 hours of delivery.
  • Use the mail id or the number though which the order has been placed.
  • Our team will review your request and get back to you within 2–3
    business days.
  • If approved, we’ll offer a replacement of the same item at no additional
    cost.
  1. Non-Eligible Cases
    We cannot accept returns or replacements for:
  • Products damaged due to improper handling after delivery.
  • Colour or design variations, as minor differences may occur due to
    screen or printing settings.
  • Failure to provide an unboxing video.
  1. Refund Policy (If Applicable)
    We offer a replacement in any of the above cases. Though in rare cases if a
    return and refund is approved instead of a replacement:
  • Shipping charges will be deducted from the total refundable amount.
  • This deduction covers the two-way shipping cost borne by the company
    for sending and retrieving the product.
  • Refunds (after deductions) will be processed to your original payment
    method within 5–7 business days after product inspection and approval.

    Cancellation Policy
    At Intresty, almost every product is specially customized and crafted with care
    once an order is confirmed.
  1. Order Cancellation Window
  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.
  • To request a cancellation, please contact us via [our customer support
    email ( intresty.ap@gmail.com ) or WhatsApp number- 6289068956]
    with your order number and reason for cancellation.
  • If your request is made within this 24-hour window, a full refund will be
    issued to your original payment method.
  1. After 24 Hours
  • Once the production or customization process begins (after 24 hours),
    we are unable to accept cancellations under any circumstances.
  • This is because all items are made-to-order and personalized specifically
    for you, making them ineligible for cancellation or reuse.
  1. Exceptions
  • If you realize you’ve made an error in customization details (e.g., name
    spelling, photo, or message), please contact us immediately within the
    24-hour period.
  • Changes or corrections after 24 hours cannot be accommodated.
    **** COD POLICY
    Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy
    At Intresty, we offer a Cash on Delivery (COD) option for your convenience,
    along with the assurance of receiving your customized gifts safely. Please read
    our COD policy carefully before placing your order.
  1. Advance Payment Requirement
  • For all COD orders, customers are required to pay a ₹99 advance amount
    through online payment at the time of placing the order.
  • This advance confirms your order and covers part of the production and
    logistics costs.
  • The remaining balance can be paid in cash upon delivery of your order.
  1. Cancellation of COD Orders
  • If you wish to cancel your COD order, you may do so within 24 hours of
    placing the order.
  • Cancellations made within this period will receive a full refund of the
    ₹99 advance payment.
  • After 24 hours, once production begins, the order cannot be cancelled,
    as each product is custom-made.
  1. Refusal or Non-Acceptance at Delivery
  • If a COD order is refused, unaccepted, or returned at the time of
    delivery, the ₹99 advance will not be refunded.
  • Since all our products are customized and made-to-order, they cannot
    be resold or reused.
  • The advance amount serves as compensation for production, packaging,
    and logistics losses incurred by the company.
  1. Refund Process
  • Eligible refunds (in case of valid cancellations within 24 hours) will be
    processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
